Laughably Inadequate Packaging

I ordered an ergonomic mouse from Newegg.com. My ordinary mouse was making my hand hurt from pinching it between thumb and pinkie of my right hand.

It looks like Newegg is doing the “marketplace” thing, I bought this from “BEYOND”. I feel like BEYOND and a lot of the Newegg marketplace sellers are little more than AliExpress drop shippers, but at least if something really screwed up, I could drag Newegg into the mess.

I rather like the mouse. It does have an anti-fractured design. I’m not sure about the Pull. For some reason this mouse encourages me to do middle button clicks with my index finger, where other mice encourage mouse wheel scrolling and middle button clicking with middle finger. We do live in a strange world where a computer mouse has enough CPU to cycle LED colors.

The packaging arrived in a disheveled state.

That’s the box. I have not squashed it any any way for dramatic effect.

The shipping wrapper appears to be black plastic trash bag taped around the box.

I’ve had a couple of other items from Newegg arrive in similarly minimal packaging, but none arrived in such a state of distress. The OpenWrt One I bought from AliExpress got shipped in a nice box surrounded by a layer of bubble wrap and shipping tape.
