Another Harry Millner Quote
Another quote attributed to Harry Millner that appears in a few places:
There are many paths to the top of the mountain but only one view
This saying appears on page 11, under Achievement, and on page 230, under Reward. I deem it to be a true Pearl of Wisdom.
This saying is also attributed to ‘Chinese proverb", and one Morihei Ueshiba. A very similar proverb gets credited to “Hindu proverb”. It’s also a fortune cookie saying.

Sometimes it appears unattributed. I think this saying “escaped containment” more recently than the All progress saying. The “many paths” pearl does not exhibit the kind of stochastic rework and re-attribution that the “all progress” saying has undergone.
This pearl of wisdom seems like a slight modification to a saying attributed to Musashi:
You must understand that there is more than one path to the top of the mountain.
Musashi did not write that.
There are lots of similar sentiments that appear on the web:

This is a saying that fails to have merit solely because “Harry Millner” wrote it down. If Musashi or Ueshiba wrote it, we could justify at least considering it as wise. Both Musashi and Ueshiba have a lot of athletic or martial prowess, and wrote a lot of thoughtful material.
